Terms of Service

The service
Clikiti provides tools for agencies and freelancers to discover prospective clients, review public websites, generate redesign concepts, and share proposals. By using Clikiti you agree to these terms.
Scanning of public websites
Clikiti scans only publicly accessible web pages of the businesses you add or discover, capturing page content, screenshots, branding and technical signals to produce a website review. You must not use Clikiti to access content behind a login, paywall or other access control, or to scan sites whose terms or robots rules you know prohibit it.
Redesign concepts
Clikiti can generate redesign concepts that reference a business's public content and branding (such as its name, logo, colors, images and copy). You may use a concept only to pitch your services to that business. You must not publish a concept as the business's real website, present it to third parties as the business's own material, or use it for any purpose other than a proposal to that business, unless the business has agreed.
Concepts are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the business they depict, and you must not suggest otherwise. The business's trademarks and content remain the property of their owners. Concepts are representative and final implementations may vary.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Clikiti only for legitimate business-to-business outreach. You will not use it to harass, to process special-category personal data, or in any way that breaks applicable law.
Your outreach compliance responsibilities
You, not Clikiti, are the sender of any outreach you make, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to it, including:
- CAN-SPAM (United States): accurate sender and subject lines, a valid physical postal address, a working opt-out, and honoring opt-outs within 10 business days.
- GDPR, UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules (EU/UK): a valid lawful basis for processing, prior consent where local e-marketing rules require it, transparency about who you are, and honoring objections and erasure requests.
- CASL (Canada): express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages, identification of the sender, and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
You are responsible for obtaining and recording any consent required before contacting a recipient, and for checking whether a recipient's jurisdiction requires it. Clikiti adds a short footer to outreach emails sent through the service with your agency name and an opt-out link, but this does not make your outreach compliant on its own. You must honor every opt-out, removal and do-not-contact request, including those made by replying to you directly.
Opt-out and removal
Any business may object to processing or ask to be removed at any time using Request removal on a proposal page or by emailing [email protected], as described in the removal section of our Privacy Notice. When a business is removed, all records for its domain are deleted from every agency's workspace and the domain is suppressed from future discovery. You must not re-add or contact a removed business through Clikiti or with data obtained from it.
Data responsibilities and retention
Clikiti processes publicly available business information on the basis of legitimate interests, as described in our Privacy & Data Processing Notice. Scan results, page captures and concepts are kept while the related record remains in your workspace, deleted immediately when the business requests removal, and deleted within 90 days after your account is closed, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations.
Subprocessors
We use Google Cloud, Abacus.AI, Amazon Web Services (S3), Stripe and, when you choose to deploy to it, Netlify to provide the service. See the Privacy Notice for what each one does.
Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Access to metered features depends on an active subscription and your plan's usage limits.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including any claim arising from outreach you send or concepts you share.
